Mazaroth IT Solutions has 3 models of billing:

  • On-Site or Remote Support billed hourly.
  • Projects with a pre-determined scope of work and fixed price.
  • On-going Pro Support billed on the first of the month.

On-Site IT Services.

Our On-Site services provide you with a certified and experienced technician available to you as you needed. Choosing to outsource your tech costs a fraction of what an in house IT department would. Setup, maintenance, troubleshooting and training services are available, and you only pay for the services you need when you need them. Appointments are on a first come, first served basis. Please call or email to setup appointments. You may also setup recurring appointments and buy blocks of time at a discount. See here for more details.

  • On-Site IT Service is billed at $125 per hour, with payment due at the time of service.
  • We require a 1 hour minimum.
  • Time billed after the first hour is calculated in half hour increments.
  • There is a $30 trip charge for locations within Orange County.
  • And a $45 trip charge for location within San Diego County or Los Angeles County.

Remote Support Services.

Mazaroth IT Solutions offers remote support so we can resolve problems quickly and avoid the need to come on-site. Remote support is conveniently billed in 15 minute increments so you pay only for what you need. Remote support is defined as email, phone, screen sharing, research, Internet services setup, etc. We ask that you submit your requests via email so we have a clearly defined request and can track progress and resolution.

  • Remote support is billed in 30 minute increments ( $62.50 each ).
  • Please submit supports via email with as much detail as possible to support@mazaroth.zendesk.com.

Projects.

A project is defined as a scope of work with pre defined tasks. Examples include network setup, server or computer setup, software or hardware installation. We define the project with a proposal that you can review and accept before work begins. Sometimes projects will have hardware or software to be purchased, we’ll either sell it to you or help you buy it yourself.

Mazaroth Pro Support.

Pro Support is on-going maintenance, monitoring and updating of your computers. It’s billed via credit card on the first of the month. Pro Support is $50 per computer, per month, and iOS device support is an additional $6 per device per month. Please see here for the full list of benefits.
